This shipping policy applies to all orders placed with Chase Surgical Ltd, a UK-based supplier of surgical simulation training equipment. We aim to provide a reliable and cost-effective delivery service for all customers across the United Kingdom.
2. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
3. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using Evri courier services. This allows us to offer tracked and dependable delivery for items valued up to £100. (Please let us know if you are ordering more than one training kit and we can arrange for appropriate delivery.)
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery via Evri usually takes:

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs within the UK will be included in the cost of the training package which you choose. There will be no hidden delivery charges to surprise you upon ordering.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at enquiries@chasesurgical.org with your order number. We will liaise with Evri to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Lost or Damaged Items
All shipments are covered up to a value of £100. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us and we will get in touch to arrange replacement simulation kit.
10. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
